When it comes to simple systems, we offer passenger checking by using the “classic” way of marking tickets – ETM unit (electronic ticket marker). The marker can be controlled via ethernet or IBIS busbar, e.g. our on-board computer EPIS 4.0x, on-board computer EPIS 5.0A or other on-board computers. In comparison with competing products, our product has smaller measurements and a color display for passengers, which displays at least the current time and the tariff zone.
ETM 4.0x markers are manufactured in versions depending on the type of anchor to a pole or to a grip – horizontal or vertical anchor.
It is compatible with e.g. the passenger checking system in Praha or South Moravia. The way of connecting it to a vehicle checking and information system is described e.g.: here.
Basic properties of the ticket marker:
- Display of the time and a tariff zone on a color LCD display,
- Marking of transport documents by a dot matrix printer,
- mechanical ticket hold during printing of drive information,
- indication of the state of ticket marking
- printer heating in winter (short-term)
- possibility of blocking printing during fare checks.
